In addition to the power cord of the PLC industrial computer, there are many types of signals directly connected to the automatic control system of the asphalt mixer plant. These signals include PLC input and output signals, weighing instruments, micro-electronic communication signals between computers and industrial instruments and other controllers, and sometimes even the AC signals in the system are directly extracted as industrial computer AC signals through a transformer. Some of these signals are connected, and some are two-wire. In addition, for the normal operation of asphalt mixing plants in various application sites, several electrical component manufacturers have put forward some requirements for grounding, such as the use of twisted-pair wires in grounding separation.

The pressure of the large-scale asphalt mixing plant is insufficient, which has a lot to do with normal mechanical wear. The solution is to adjust the pressure regulating valve of the high-pressure fuel pump. Poor fuel injection continuity has a lot to do with flue air intake. The solution is to control the diesel pump counter. The atomization of the oil sprayed from the oil pump is also an important cause of the failure. The solution is to replace it with better diesel and clean the valves and throttle control valves in the oil circuit.

Grounding resistance is an important parameter to measure the quality of the grounding system. In the automatic asphalt mixer plant control system, the grounding configuration and requirements of different electrical components are different, but the grounding resistance of most components is generally less than 4 ohms, that is, less than 1 ohm. The grounding resistance of the weighing instrument AG and PLC should be less than 1 ohm, otherwise it will seriously affect the conversion accuracy of the PLC and AAMP D conversion module, resulting in abnormal system operation.
