2, Before the concrete mixer pump enters the site, be sure to choose the location of the machine. The place to be selected is a place close to the sand and cement. At the same time, observe whether the water pipes and wires are easily accessible to the concrete mixer with pump. Whether the direction of the pump and the conveying position is beneficial to the construction, try to achieve the shortest distance conveying and linear conveying, which can minimize the resistance, reduce the probability of blockage, accelerate the conveying speed and improve the construction efficiency.

3, Check whether the place where the concrete mixer and pump is placed is hard and stable, so as to avoid collapse and subsidence during the construction process, and keep the concrete mixing trailer level on the ground. When supporting the hydraulic outriggers, be sure to pay attention to the four outriggers evenly rising to the operating height, so as to avoid bending of the hydraulic outriggers and damage to the pump.

4, Measure and calculate the height distance from the concrete mixer with pump to the construction floor. The measured distance is replaced by the ground level distance and it cannot exceed 300 meters. If possible, you can draw a layout diagram to calculate the number of pipes and bends more simply, use elbows as little as possible, because elbows are easy to block, and try not to use hoses.
