Concrete Pump Truck Finishes a Metro Station in Zhengzhou Line 4

On Jan. 25th, 2019, at 6 o'clock in the morning, the final roofing concrete pouring by a concrete pump truck of the main body of the 10th Hebei River Station Station of Zhengzhou Metro Line 4, which was under construction by the China Railway Fourth Railway Co., Ltd., was successfully completed, indicating that the main structure of the station has been completed.

The 10th section of Zhengzhou Metro Line 4 includes two underground stations (Xinghuo Road Station, Hebei Road Station) and two shield sections (Xinghuo Road Station - Hebei Road Station Section, Hebei Road Station ~ Hexi Parking Lot Entry Line) Interval). The Hebei Road Station is located in the east side of the intersection of Hexi North Road and Zhengyu Road, and is arranged along the north-south direction of Zhengzhou Road. The main station of the station is located across the 17-mile river. It is the first line of Zhengzhou Rail Transit Line 4. 26 stations.

The station is an underground two-story island platform station. The main structure of the station is 488.6m long, the standard section width is 19.7m, and the platform width is 11m. There are 3 entrances and exits and 2 sets of wind pavilions. The base pit of the station standard section is about 16.86m deep, the northern end of the well is 18.055m deep, and the southern end is about 20.13m deep. The total construction area of the station is 18,676 m2, of which the main building area is 16,520 m2 and the auxiliary building area is 2,156 m2.

A mini concrete pump truck can by no means finish such a huge project. Only a larger concrete pump truck for sale is qualified enough.
