However, in some places where electricity is not available or abundant, diesel mixers (usually drum type) are more popular. By Running Type: Cycle and Continuous

Cycle mixers: The three processes of feeding, stirring and unloading are carried out at a certain interval. The mixed materials are accurately weighed, which improves the mixing quality. At present, this type of operation is mostly used.

Continuous mixers: The above three processes are performed continuously in a long cylinder. This type is featured by high efficiency yet poor mixing quality, thus is rarely adopted now.

By Mixing Type: Self-falling and Compulsive

Self-falling mixers: Materials to be mixed are fed into a rotating mixing drum, with the rotation of which the blades in the drum lift the mixture to a certain height, and then the mixture freely drop it by its own weight. This is repeated over and over until all materials are well mixed. Such mixers produce plastic and semi-plastic concrete. Our js750 concrete mixer is very popular.

Compulsive mixers: The stirring drum does not move, and the blades on the rotating shaft inside the drum stirs the materials fiercely. Such a mixer is featured by good mixing quality, high production efficiency and quick blade wear. Dry hard concrete can be produced by compulsive mixers.

Mobility: Stationary and Mobile

Stationary mixers: Fixed on a base, they have a large volume and high production efficiency. All JS series concrete mixers are of this type. Their capacity is at least 0.5m3 and more.

Mobile mixers: With two traveling wheels, such a mixer is small in size and light in weight, so it has good maneuverability. And its capacity is small, too, up to 350L.

By Output Method: Tipping and Non-tipping.

The tipping type relies on the mixing drum to dump and discharge, instead of the tipping type reversing the discharge on the mixing drum.

By Shape of Mixing Drum: pear-shaped, drum-shaped, double-tapered, disc vertical axis and round groove horizontal axis.

By Mixing Capacity: There are large (discharge capacity 1000 ~ 3000L), medium (discharge capacity 300 ~ 500L) and small (discharge capacity 50 ~ 250L).
