Vertical Cement Silo

Vertical cement silo is mainly used for the storage of raw materials in cement products manufacturing plants, and can also be used for the storage of cement in concrete batching plant, high-speed railroads, highways, bridges and other construction sites. Its advantages include simple structure, small footprint, not easy to accumulate dust, high reliability, cost saving, easy operation and environmental protection and energy saving. However, compared with horizontal cement silo, vertical cement silo also has some disadvantages. First of all, due to its high height, it needs to do foundation before installation, and the installation period is long, which is inconvenient for the construction sites that are often moved. Secondly, the vertical cement silo may be too high, too wide, too long in transportation, need to go to the transportation management department for over-limit certificate to transport, some by the site into the road conditions, must be bulk to the site of welding assembly, the site needs to be disposed of after the completion of the site, can not be recycled. Finally, the loading and unloading of vertical cement silo may be more difficult, can not be unloaded at the same time, and is not easy to maintain.

When using vertical cement silo, you need to pay attention to its maintenance and repair. For example, it is necessary to regularly check the working status of the dust collector, pressure safety valve and other equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. At the same time, it is also necessary to pay attention to the cleaning and maintenance of the silo body to avoid the accumulation of dust and caking and other problems.
