How to deal with pumping problems of a concrete boom pump truck

As a common mechanical equipment in the construction industry, a concrete boom pump truck will encounter a variety of accidents owing to its complex working environment. The following is a brief introduction to accidents and treatment methods of a concrete pump truck.

1. Pipe blockage of a pump truck: the main performance of pipe blockage is that pressing the positive pump to start can not reverse. In this way, you can press F1 and press the start button of the positive pump to see how much the main system pressure gauge is, such as 31.5Mpa, which means that the concrete pump truck is blocked.

Solution: first press the start button of the reverse pump to release the pressure, then knock the plug with a hammer, listen to the sound, so as to judge the position of the pump truck blockage, and then remove and clean it.

2. Pipe explosion: When the concrete pump truck explodes the pipe because of its thin pipe walls and lack in ability to bear pressure of pumped concrete. The burst tube should not be replaced with a new one pipe of the same size before having the pump reversed for several times.

3. Explosion of the hydraulic oil pipe: In case of such a situation, do not panic. Stop pumping first, have the pressure lower down and then replace the pipe with a new one. In case of shortage in backup pipes, pump the concrete in the pipe back into the hopper when the oil is allowed to reduce the loss!

4. When the oil seal of the pump truck washes off, the engine stops. After the same pressure relief, the broken air seal is taken out and replaced with a concrete pump truck seal of the same model.
