Boom concrete pump truck is mainly composed of the pumping system, M-type arm system, intelligent electro-hydraulic control system, rotary mechanism and chassis. When working, the power of the diesel engine is transmitted to the hydraulic pump through the gearbox, which drives the concrete pumping mechanism and arm system. The pumping system pressurizes the concrete in the hopper and sends it into the pipeline. The pipeline is attached to the arm, and the arm moves according to the material distribution requirements, thereby directly delivering the pumped concrete to the pouring point.
The working process of boom concrete pump truck equipment:
After the concrete mixer truck unloads into the concrete pump truck hopper, it is pumped to the delivery pipe by the pumping mechanism, and then discharged through the end hose (part 15). The expansion and retraction of each section of the arm are completed by the respective arm cylinders. Among them, the inclination angle of the 1st arm (part 7) can swing within -2° to 90°, the 2nd arm (part 10) can swing 180°, and the 3rd arm (part 12) can swing 250°. The four-section arm expands in order, and the action of the 4th arm (part 14) is the most frequent. It can swing about 245°, and the end hose should be as close to the pouring location as possible during work. At the same time, the arm can rotate around the fixed slewing bearing by driving the rotary motor and gearbox, with a rotation angle of 362°.
The main technical indicators of concrete boom pump truck are as follows:
(1) The supporting legs are X-shaped. According to the site requirements, the single support technology can be used to adjust the position of the supporting legs, saving ground area.
(2) The arm is M-shaped. The opening angle of the third arm is 250°, and the fourth arm can expand to 245°. The arm opening height requirement is small, making material construction more flexible and convenient.
(3) It adopts large-caliber, long-stroke delivery cylinders (cylinder diameter is 260mm, stroke is 2100mm), which not only improves the delivery capacity but also makes the maximum theoretical displacement for low pressure is 170 m3/h and for high pressure is 120 m3/h. It has high working efficiency and a low number of reversing times per unit time. The low-pressure pumping frequency is 28 times/min, and the high-pressure pumping frequency is 18 times/min, reducing the wear of vulnerable parts in the pumping system and improving economic benefits.
(4) It has high safety. The boom concrete pump truck status is detected and the arm is controlled within the safe range by using a horizontal inclination angle and rotation angle sensor.
