Concrete Batching Machinery

Concrete batching machinery, also known as concrete batching machine, batching machine, automatic sand and gravel batching machine. Concrete batching machine is an automatic equipment used for quantitative distribution of various materials such as sand and gravel. It is mainly used in the concrete construction industry to replace manual scales or volume measurement.

Concrete batching machinery is one of the main parts of the complete set of automatic concrete batching plant equipment. Concrete batching machine is an independent product variety created by concrete batching plant manufacturers according to market demand. With continuous improvement, a multi-series, multi-variety and multi-purpose independent product system has been formed.

The main categories of concrete batching machines:

1. According to the number of material gradations, it is divided into: two-silo batching machine, three-silo batching machine, and four-silo batching machine

2. According to the matching mixer model: PL(D)800, 1200, 1600, 2400, 3200

3. According to the batching measurement method, it is divided into: cumulative measurement of each material, individual measurement of each material

4. According to the batching control method, it is divided into: belt type, cylinder type

This series of concrete batching machinery consists of three parts: feeding system, weighing system and electrical control system.

 (1) Feeding system: It consists of a storage hopper and a feeding device. The main function is to store materials and feed materials to the weighing hopper under the control of the control system. Form of feeding system: PLD800-1200 type, feeding for belt conveyor;

 (2) Weighing system: The weighing system is a key part of the batching machine, which consists of a weighing hopper, a suspension device, a weighing system sensor, and a batching controller.

 (3) Electrical control system: The electrical control system is the core component of the concrete batching machine. Its function is to realize the weighing, display, operation of the entire batching machine and complete various automatic batching procedures. The system is mainly composed of two parts: batching controller and strong current circuit.
