Concrete production equipment is mechanical equipment used to produce concrete, usually including concrete mixers, concrete mixing plants, concrete delivery pumps, etc. The main function of these equipment is to mix cement, aggregates (cement mortar, gravel, etc.), water and other additives in a certain proportion to produce concrete that meets the requirements.
Main concrete production equipment including:
1. Concrete mixer:
- Working principle: The concrete mixer drives the mixing paddle through an electric motor to evenly mix raw materials such as cement, aggregates and water in the concrete mixing barrel. According to different structures, mixers can be divided into forced type and self-falling type. The forced mixer uses the forced action of the mixing paddle to quickly and evenly mix the materials; the self-falling mixer relies on gravity to pour the materials into the mixing barrel for mixing.
2. Concrete production plant:
- Working principle: The concrete production plant is also called as concrete mixing plant, it is an integrated concrete production system, usually including multiple batching hoppers, mixers, conveying systems and control systems. The raw materials are automatically weighed by the batching hopper according to the set ratio and sent to the concrete mixer for mixing. After mixing, the concrete is transported to the required location through the conveying system.
3. Concrete pump:
- Working principle: Concrete pump is used to deliver the mixed concrete to the construction site. It extracts the concrete from the mixing plant or mixer through the pumping principle and delivers it to the designated location through the pipeline. Common delivery pumps include piston pumps and screw pumps.
Production process of concrete production plant:
1. Raw material preparation: Prepare raw materials such as cement, aggregates, water and additives according to the concrete formula.
2. Batching: Weigh various raw materials through the automated system to ensure accurate proportions.
3. Mixing: Put the weighed raw materials into the concrete mixer and mix until the mixture is uniform.
4. Delivery: Deliver the mixed concrete to the construction site through a delivery pump or other means.
Through these equipment and processes, concrete production can be efficient, accurate and automated to meet the needs of construction projects.
