The concrete pump truck models are mainly divided by the pumping height, the boom length and the outlet pressure. The pumping distance of concrete pump machine are horizontal and vertical distances, and the concrete pump truck can meet all the distance requirement without placing pipeline. What's more, the concrete pump truck model is easy to move because its chassis is a truck, thus the pumping distance of concrete boom pump truck is mainly expressed as a vertical distance, that is the pumping height.
How high can a concrete pump truck reach? There are various heights of concrete pump truck models. At present, the most commonly used boom length is more than 30 meters to more than 40 meters, and a small amount of boom length reaches more than 50 meters to more than 70 meters. For general buildings pouring concrete, the applicable height of the concrete pump truck is the arm length minus 20 meters (the arm length required for horizontal movement and the distance from the concrete pump truck to the house should be considered), that is to say, the concrete pump truck with an boom length of 40 meters is suitable for 20 meters height, the 60-meter boom length of the concrete pump truck is suitable for a height of 40 meters. The longer the boom of the concrete pump truck, the larger the required passage road and stop position needed, so there are many construction sites that cannot use a concrete pump truck of more than 60 meters (generally for a concrete pump truck with 60 meters of boom, the width of the position of the pump stop and outriggers about 14 meters). When the height of the floor exceeds the applicable height of the concrete pump truck, a trailer concrete pump (stationary concrete pump) will be used. Generally, the height of the trailer pump can reach more than 100 meters to 200 meters.
When we choose concrete pump truck models, we should understand the technical parameters of the concrete pump truck well:
1. Conveying displacement: Conventional pump trucks have 20 cubic meters, 30 cubic meters, 40 cubic meters, 50 cubic meters, etc. The selection can be made according to the project status and construction period.
2. Outlet pressure: conventional 5MPa, 7MPa, 8MPa, 10MPa, 11MPa, 12MPa, 13MPa, 14MPa, 16MPa, 18MPa, etc. The outlet pressure mainly depends on the height of the building and the distance of transportation.
3. Motor power: There are various specifications such as 0 kW, 45 kW, 55 kW, 60 kW, 75 kW, 90 kW, 110 kW, 132 kW, etc. When selecting, be careful not to choose too much power to avoid waste. The motor power should not be too small, otherwise it will not be able to meet the engineering needs.
4. Distribution valve form: There are mainly gate valves and S valves. Generally, gate valves are commonly used. The specific models have different settings according to different manufacturers.
