Most batching machines do not automatically correct the drop. In order to ensure the accuracy of batching, the drop value of materials is generally corrected by subtracting the set value from the set value.

In addition, when the weight of the weighing hopper reaches the initial setting value, the unloading is stopped. But in the actual production, the wet material will adhere to the weighing hopper, so the batching controller can not complete the unloading. Therefore, in production, an error is artificially added to the initial value to offset the weight of the adhesive. In production, the error setting value is generally reduced by adding a vibrator on the weighing hopper.

Configuration of reliable components in batching control system

Water and additives in a mobile concrete batching plant small are generally measured by flow meters. Due to the principle of measuring medium and pressure, the accuracy of measurement must be guaranteed under the condition of measuring medium and pressure. However, in practical application, these conditions are easy to fluctuate, which will lead to measurement error of flow meter.
