Solutions to piston failure of brick making machines

Two years ago a client from the Philippines purchased a qt12 15 concrete brick making machine from us. He called us last Wednesday complaining that the piston failed to move. After a period of onsite communication on the phone video, the problem was solved and his brick machine resumed running. This is a typical case in the operation of concrete brick machines, and we would like to share the reasons and solutions here.

Reasons: 1. The solenoid valve coil is burned out.

Solution: The solenoid valve coil needs to be replaced or repaired.

Reason: 2. The solenoid valve control relay is out of order, the controller is short-circuited or the contact is poor.

Solution: The control relay needs to be overhauled or directly replaced with a new one.

Reason: 3. Short circuit of the start/stop button.

Solution: Need to check each stop button switch or replace with a new button.

Reason: 4. The upstream and downstream control relays are out of order or the coils are burned out.

Solution: need to repair the relay contact or change the coil.

The cases of piston failure of a brick making machine are usually not excluded by the lines above. The problem will be solved in time as long as you keeps troubleshooting. To reduce the possibility of piston failure, the following steps should be followed. After a new brick machine, whether it is a qt12 15 concrete brick making machine or a machine of other capacities, is installed, you should check each connection to ensure air tightness. Before each start-up, the circuit, pressure, oil and other quantities must be kept within the required range. Once the abnormal number is displayed, it must be recorded for subsequent analysis. Daily operation is relatively small, according to the specified steps to implement each. All details about the piston should be strictly implemented to minimize negative factors.
