1, Mixing System

2, Metering system

Aggregate metering: the standard type is measured by the incremental method, and the improved type is measured by the electronic paddle reduction method;

Powder metering: cement metering and fly ash metering hoppers are set above the concrete mixer, and the standard concrete batching plant uses AC contact The elevator controls the hoisting screw, and there is no fine mixing device; the improved concrete mixing plant uses the frequency converter to realize the coarse and fine mixing of ingredients.

Water measurement: It adopts three-point suspension weighing mechanism, and is equipped with devices such as coarse and fine matching circuits to ensure measurement accuracy.

Admixture metering: The sensor load is directly used, and the coarse and fine matching circuits, the metering box and the pipeline are arranged separately to ensure accurate metering.

3, Dust removal system

The concrete batching plant is equipped with a separate centralized dust collector for centralized treatment, which has a good dust removal effect and avoids the formation of negative pressure in the concrete mixer cavity to affect the powder metering accuracy.

4, Aggregate feeding system

The aggregate is lifted into the middle storage bucket at one time by the feeding belt conveyor. It has the characteristics of compact structure, high reliability and easy maintenance.

5, The automatic control system adopts a distributed computer system, which realizes centralized management and is reliable.
