The Safety notes for a fully automatic concrete batching plant include prohibited operation methods and protective measures you should take.
Prohibited Operation Methods
1. A new fully automatic concrete batching plant should not run at full load immediately because it’s bad to its mixer. If the reducer doesn't run in the adjustment period, its service life will be significantly reduced.
2. The belt conveyor should not be started with load.
3. Unqualified aggregate will damage the equipment when producing concrete. The maximum diameter of aggregate is 80mm.
4. IPC should not be connected to the Internet as an office computer or for entertainment uses.
5. Prohibitions: It is forbidden to start the belt and mixing machine during maintenance of a concrete batching plant.
6. Special note: Please take care of the warranty card which can ensure that you can get the warranty during the warranty period. In some cases, free on-site service is still available even after the warranty period, but excluding maintenance for the following reasons:
(a) The concrete batching plant is abused and disassembled or modified without permission
(b) Incorrect operation or misoperation results in direct or indirect personal or property losses.
(c) Abnormal operation and wear damage, or to change its performance beyond the original provisions of our company.
(d) Failures caused by earthquake, flood or other irresistible accident factors.
Protective Measures
1. Wear protective equipment
(a) Wear tight clothes and safety products suitable for work. You may need the following safety products: Hard helmets, safety shoes, safety glasses, goggles or masks, thick gloves, hearing protectors, reflective clothing, rain gear, masks or filters;
(b) Be sure to wear work clothes and safety supplies, do not take chances.
(c) Avoid wearing loose clothes, jewelry or other things that will hook the handling parts.
(d) When operating the machine safely, it requires the operator's full attention. Do not listen to the radio or music headphones while operating.
2. Noise protection
(a) Exposure to strong noise for a long time can lead to hearing loss.
(b) Wear appropriate hearing protectors, such as earplugs, to avoid harmful or uncomfortable strong noise.
