How to choose mobile batching plant mixer

A mobile batching plant mixer functions as the mixing unit of a mobile plant. There are two types of mobile batching plant mixers: JZM self-falling concrete mixer and JS series twin shaft compulsive concrete mixer. Each type corresponds to different models of mobile batching plants.

The JZM series concrete mixer is a self-falling drum mixer, suitable for general construction sites, roads, bridge projects and small and medium-sized concrete component factories. The self-falling concrete mixer requires low power, novel structure, advanced performance, high production level, uniform mixing, compact structure, simple operation and maintenance, small size, and convenient mobile operations. Due to the special lifting drum mixing form, the lifting hopper of the JZM friction drum concrete mixer has a special lifting motor. During fixed mixing, a pit can be dug to make the hopper mouth flush with the ground, which is convenient for feeding and greatly reduces labor intensity. The roller of JZM series friction roller concrete mixer is driven by a rubber tug to drive the roller friction transmission. The models of JZM concrete mixer are JZM350 mobile type, JZM500 mobile type and JZM750 fixed type. JZM mixers are suitable for a drum mobile concrete batching plant, which are usually of small capacities like 25m3 and 35m3 per hour, the mixer equipped is JZM500 and JZM750.

The double-shaft forced concrete mixer has high working efficiency, large capacity and strong mixing capacity, which can fully mix the components of concrete evenly in a short time. This kind of mixer has good wear resistance, reasonable structure design, and can effectively prevent slurry leakage. It is a standard accessory for general mobile concrete mixing. During our construction and production of concrete, there are 7 types of more common compulsive concrete mixers, namely JS500 concrete mixer, JS750 concrete mixer, JS1000 concrete mixer, JS1500 concrete mixer, JS2000 concrete mixer, JS3000 concrete mixer, JS4000 concrete mixer. Among them, the first three are more frequently used for mobile stations, because the scale of mobile stations is generally not more than 75 square meters per hour. The mobile station is divided into wet mobile station and dry mobile station. Their configuration of concrete mixers is the same. For example, a yhz25 mobile dry type batching plant is equipped with a JS500 concrete mixer just as a wet 25m3 mobile plant.

Compulsory concrete mixers need more attention to maintenance and operating skills than free-falling mixers. The details are as follows: 1. Regularly lubricate the bearing parts according to the use situation. Refer to the product manual for the lubrication of the gearbox. 2. Regularly check the sealing condition of the machine, and check the quality of the gasket in time if there is any leakage. 3. Frequently check the fastening of the shovel blade, and tighten it in time if it is loose. Always check whether the electrical control system is in good contact and dry. 4. After long-term use of the mixer, the shovel blade and the mixing drum will wear out, adjust or replace according to the wear. 5. Do not insert your hands or sticks into the barrel during the mixing process to avoid danger.
