- Measuring system

High-precision weighing: Aggregate weighing accuracy ±2%, cement, water, and admixture accuracy ±1%, to ensure accurate mix ratio.

Dynamic feeding technology: sensors are used to monitor weight in real time, and feeding is automatically started when the tolerance is exceeded to avoid material waste.

- Conveying and storage system

Aggregate conveying: belt conveyors or bucket elevators are used to achieve continuous feeding, and PLD batching machines are used to achieve accurate proportioning of multiple bins.

Powder storage: cement silos (50-100 tons) are equipped with arch breaking devices, and screw conveyors are used to stably feed materials to avoid agglomeration.

Liquid system: water pumps and admixture pumps are linked, and the water-cement ratio control accuracy reaches ±0.5%.
