Asphalt Mixing Plant LB1000

1. Consists of LB1000 Asphalt Mixing Plant:

1. Five aggregate hoppers and five belt feeders.

2. Aggregate belt conveyer.

3. Tilted belt feeding conveyor.

4. Middle filter

2. Characteristics of LB1000 Asphalt Mixing Plant:

1) Aggregate feeder adopts frequency conversion timing with credible capability; modularized design will be convenient for installation and conveyance.

2) The loading inlet of aggregate hopper covered with filter, the discharge port of aggregate hopper has adjustable loading door and material shortage alarm device. The two fine silo will alarm and automatic vibrating if material shortage.

3)The active roller and passive roller was equipped with prelubricated long-life bearings,tension device,and deviation  prevented wheel which can adjust the tightness and deflection of belt conveyor;there is cleaning device inside and outsider belt,in order to prevent the adhering aggregate to scuff belt.

4)There is emergency stop switch on belt conveyor;

5) Flow automatically structure middle filter can prevent the oversize aggregate entering the drying drum, reduce the heat loss, avoid jam in the hot aggregate elevator and the vibrating screen.
