A 42m concrete pump truck is a machine that uses pressure to continuously transport concrete along the pipeline. It consists of the pump body and a delivery pipe. According to the structure, it can be divided into piston type, extrusion type and water pressure diaphragm type. The pump body is installed on the chassis of the car, and then equipped with a telescopic or folding cloth rod to form a pump truck.
The 42 meter concrete pump truck is transformed on the chassis of the truck. It is equipped with sports and power transmission devices, pumping and mixing devices, fabric devices and other auxiliary devices on the chassis. The power of the concrete pump truck transmits the power of the engine to the hydraulic pump group or the rear axle through the power transfer box. The hydraulic pump pushes the piston to drive the concrete pump. Then use the distribution bar and delivery pipe on the pump truck to transport the concrete to a certain height and distance.
The 42-meter pump truck consists of five parts: boom, pumping, hydraulic, support, and electronic control.
