Dust Remover

Mixing Tower

The vibrating screen made with German technology is a double vibrating axis linear screen. The double vibrating shaft is placed outside the screen body, and the bearings are oil-immersed in European technology for easy maintenance. The screen is fastened by a fast hook spring, which makes the screen replacement fast and convenient.

The heat-preserving hot silo is equipped with a heat-preservation system. The stone is weighed in two ways to achieve the initial and precise weighing of the stone, and the control method of automatic splash error correction effectively reduces the splash material difference.

For the large tonnage, a dual aggregate scale is used for simultaneous measurement, which ensures accuracy and improves efficiency. Weighing sensors for scales are imported sensors with high weighing accuracy and can meet the requirements of any grade of highway.

The agitator adopts European technology, the motor is driven by double hard tooth surface reducer, and the gears are synchronized. The rotary discharge door is controlled by a double cylinder, which has short discharging time and good sealing effect. The lining board and blades are made of high-strength wear-resistant cast iron with a service life of up to 105 batches.
