Asphalt Storage System

The finished material storage system has a bottom type and a side type for users to choose. The bottom-mounted storage system is composed of a storage bin, a waste bin, and a transport trolley or a guide mechanism. Energy saving as it is, it has a compact structure and a small footprint. The side-mounted storage system consists of a lifting track, a lifting cart, a waste bin and a finished product bin, controlled jointly by an inverter, a photoelectric encoder and a proximity switch. The hoisting drive motor is controlled by forced air cooling and variable frequency control. The warehouse wall is equipped with a layer of 100mm rock wool for insulation, and the pneumatically controlled discharge door uses an electrically heated thermal oil device to ensure easy opening and closing.

Control System

The hardware part of the entire control system of a small asphalt hot mix plant includes a control room, a PC console, a PLC control cabinet using German SIEMENS components, an electrical drag cabinet group, power cables and accessories, a control cable and accessories, and air conditioning units. The software section mainly refers to the production control process of the asphalt mixing plant. Based on the German SIEMENS PLC technology, the entire process achieves automatic control, semi-automatic control and manual control. It can be produced strictly in accordance with the requirements of the project construction formula, and the animation process is displayed. Parameter setting and modification are all done by a computer, including recipe input storage, automatic splash error correction, time adjustment, calibration, dynamic tracking of oil-stone ratio, automatic fault diagnosis, automatic alarm, data report printing and storage functions.
