1. Check the forced type concrete mixer before operation. Check whether the fuselage is stable; Whether the connecting bolts on the blade and agitator blade support arm are firm; Whether the connecting bolts of the feeding frame are fastened; Whether the water pump is sufficient and the pipeline is unimpeded.

2. Check the forced type concrete mixer after use. Clean the inside and outside of the mixing drum, discharge door and dust accumulation on the hopper, and clean with water. The hopper is parked in the transportation position and the brake pin is inserted. No sundries are allowed in the hopper. Plug the power supply and lock the electrical control box. Add necessary lubricating oil to each lubrication point; All water stored in the water supply system should be drained away.

3. In addition, regular inspection and maintenance of compulsory mixer should be done. Check the wear condition of the wire rope. When the wire rope is worn to a certain extent, it should be replaced in time. Check the oil level of the reducer and oil pump, and check the condition of each lubricating part. The water supply should be kept clean to avoid blockage; Check whether the stroke switch rocker arm is loose and adjust it if necessary. Check the water pump and throttle valve for water leakage. Check and adjust the hoisting brake properly. Check and apply lubricating oil to open gear and adjust belt tightness; Check the wear condition of blade and liner and replace as appropriate.
