The cement storehouse of asphalt concrete plant not only inspects regularly more safe, but also needs to clear regularly. Many other parts need to be replaced once they are damaged, so as not to adversely affect them.

For example, it is necessary to regularly check the clearance mechanism of the cement warehouse in the LB2000 asphalt mixing station, whether the fan is running normally, and whether the various sealing parts of the cement warehouse are normal, and form the habit of regular replacement. When washing cement warehouse, it is to use cleanser commonly, but after cleaning, pay attention to the storehouse cannot keep any moisture, otherwise the storehouse is easy to rust.

In the process of inspection, the various lines of the cement silo in the asphalt mixing station cannot be ignored to keep it unimpeded. Before and after the bulk cement truck greases the tank, it should check whether the dust filter element is blocked when the outlet gas of the vent is not free after 2-3 minutes of opening vibration. If it is blocked, it should be cleaned timely.

Before cleaning the filter element, try to bind it with 2 or 3 lines to prevent the filter element from deforming during washing. When cleaning, you must wait for the filter element to be aired before installation, otherwise it will rust. Meanwhile, the filter element should be cleaned repeatedly and replaced timely.
