Compact concrete batching plant

A compact concrete batching plant is a mobile concrete batching plant, also known as a portable plant. The capacity range is 25m3 to 240m3, and the configuration is similar to that of stationary plants, but compact in structure. With a compact plant you can have a compulsory horizontal, planetary or self-falling drum concrete mixer. Some structures can be so compact that all the parts can be installed within a day. The belt conveyor of the plant is usually located under the batching machine, which is easy to dismantle and transport.

Compact plants are divided into drum plants and compulsory plants, indicating the difference in concrete mixer type. There are three differences between the forced and self-falling drum concrete mixers. First, forced mixers are stronger in mixing force, suitable to deal with all kinds of concrete: dry, hard, light, fluid, but a self-falling concrete mixer is suitable for mixing only plastic concrete and low fluidity concrete. Second, the mixing methods are different. The inner wall of the forced mixer is welded with arc-shaped blades. When the mixing drum rotates around the horizontal axis, the blades continuously raise the material to a certain height, and then freely fall and mix with each other. The inner wall of the mixing drum of the self-falling concrete mixer has no The blades are driven by the rolling of the mixer drum to mix the materials. Third, the compulsory concrete mixer mixes concrete with an immovable tank, whose effect and efficiency are better than that of the self-falling type. The self-falling concrete mixer relies on the rotation of the mixing tank to raise the internal concrete to the upper part of the tank, and then fall down again, so that the mixing is continuously circulating. Generally most compact concrete batching plants are equipped with JS forced mixers.

 

A compact concrete batching plant is more cost effective for sea and land transportation, for it takes up less space during delivery. Because of its small flooring space and modular structure, they can even be installed in a confined space if necessary. You can customize the design of a compact plant to meet special conditions. The foundation work is so small that you only need a concrete surface. The control system is even more advanced than ordinary stationary plants, making the operation work efficient and simple.
