1. Entrance and exit layout

In designing the entrance and exit of a concrete mixing plant, you should first consider the convenience for concrete mixer trucks to move in and out. In addition, the entrance and exist should be separated to realize effective management of vehicles and to avoid vehicle blocking.

2. Grading station layout

The layout of grading stations can be of underground type and steel frame type. The former is more convenient, energy saving and cost saving, but it’s easy for water to get in, which hinders normal operation of distributors. Therefore, underground grading stations are more suitable in dry districts like northern China, while rainy districts should build steel frame ones.

3. Stock ground layout

When the ground for aggregates, sand is uneven, the higher ground is a better choice. The distributors should be raised correspondingly to shrink the angle between the belt conveyor and the ground. In this way, the conveying efficiency would be higher and the cost would be lowered.
