Daily maintenance work of concrete plant equipment is to ensure the cleanliness of the machine and the surrounding environment. Clean up the accumulated material in the hopper in time to make the sensor return to zero normally. Check whether the lubricating oil at each smooth point is sufficient, and the lubricator in the air system should maintain sufficient oil. Check whether the motors and electrical appliances are overheated or abnormal noise, whether the indicator is normal, and whether the signal system is intact.

 

Regularly check and adjust the cylinder, butterfly valve and solenoid valve of concrete plant equipment, to make the opening and closing meet the requirements. Check each system frequently, and deal with it in time if there is dust leakage, gas leakage, oil leakage and electricity leakage. The concrete mixer and the discharge hopper should be cleaned every four hours to prevent the residual concrete from consolidating and hindering normal operation.

 

Every shift should release the internal water of the air compressor, air storage tank and filter, and remove the defects during operation. Butterfly valves, mixers, solenoid valves, air filters and lubricators should be maintained and maintained in accordance with relevant specifications. The maintenance of the concrete batching plant aggregate supply system requires that the belt conveyor be stopped for no-load inspection before each shift, cleaned up debris, dirt, etc., tightened screws at various parts, adjusted belt deviation, and rotated sensitively.

 

The electric drum of concrete plant equipment requires regular oil changes according to the operation specification. After six months of use, check and make up the smooth grease at the bearings of the rotating parts, and stop dismantling and changing the oil once a year. The cleaner often checks and adjusts the position of the scraper close to the belt to ensure normal cleaning. For the maintenance of the metering system, each shift must check and adjust the soft interfaces of the metering bucket, and insist on the looseness in the length to ensure the metering accuracy.
