What rules should be followed in the pouring order of a small pump truck? Now let’s talk about it as follows.

1. In the process of transporting concrete, the pouring order of the placing boom concrete pump should be kept from far to near;

2. The concrete located in the same area shall be poured successively in layers according to the order of first vertical structure and then horizontal structure;

3. When construction joints are not allowed to be left, the interval of concrete pouring between regions and between the upper base shall not exceed the initial setting time of concrete;

4. When casting the superstructure concrete after the initial solidification of the base concrete, it shall be dealt with according to the rules of retaining construction joints.

5. In the process of casting, it should be based on the structure of the engineering characteristics, plane shape and scale, concrete supply and pumping equipment, labor and management ability, the surrounding site condition size and other conditions. To be specific, the concrete pouring should conform to the relevant rules of the current national standards for construction and inspection of concrete structures.

6. When pumping concrete into the mold, the pouring sequence has layered casting method and side pile pouring method. When pouring,  move the hose end even, the placing thickness of each layer is controlled in 20 to 30 cm. When horizontal tube pouring, along the concrete pouring of the direction movement, each casting on the local area should be considered 1-2 people to look after placing boom and directing place, several workers dismantling the pipe, gradually after long or short, step by step to adapt to the movement of the casting parts.
