1. Control of engine temperature of concrete pump truck

A. The engine cooling liquid must use normal antifreeze liquid, and the antifreeze liquid must be within the effective period and the amount of liquid must be sufficient.

B. Improve the continuity of the supply of concrete through enhanced communication, and reduce the idle running time of the concrete boom pump truck in the exposed environment.

2. Pay attention to the high temperature of the hydraulic oil

A. When the temperature is around 35 ℃, it should choose 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil; if the temperature is more than 35 ℃ for a long time, it is advisable to choose 68 # anti-wear hydraulic oil;

B. It is necessary to replace the hydraulic fluid regularly to ensure the quality and cleanliness of the hydraulic oil.

3. Correct use of concrete piston cooling fluid

Sufficient piston cooling fluid shall be provided in the washing room. Piston cooling fluid has three main functions: clean and lubricate piston and conveying cylinder; the temperature of hydraulic oil was decreased by the conduction of main oil cylinder bar; cool the concrete piston to reduce the excess of the piston and the conveyor cylinder, thereby reducing the wear between the piston and the conveyor cylinder.

4. Use high-quality grease

High pressure injection of lithium base grease is the main means of lubricating rotary parts that are contacted with concrete in the work of a small pump truck. Rising temperatures will also reduce the viscosity of the lithium base grease.
