Foam concrete mixer and pump

A foam concrete mixer and pump is used to produce foam concrete. Its mixer can be of either drum or twin shaft type. Drum mixers usually have lower mixing efficiency. They are self falling mixers with mixing blades along the drum wall. The cylinder can rotate around its own axis (horizontal or inclined), and the blades are used to divide, lift, scatter and impact the material, so that the mutual position of the mixture is continuously redistributed and mixed. Most foam mixer pumps are equipped with drum mixers, for the mixing efficiency is enough to meet the concrete pouring speed of most projects. The drum-type mixing and trailer pump integrated machine has the characteristics of low power, compactness, convenient movement and low cost. It can be used in floor heating, shotcrete engineering and refractory spraying. Easy to use, especially suitable for the construction of 5-10 floors of buildings in rural towns and new rural areas. The actual vertical height of pumped concrete can reach 80-100 meters, and the horizontal distance is 150-300 meters.

If you need a foam concrete mixer and pump more efficient, you can also consider twin shaft horizontal concrete mixers. Twin shaft mixers are compulsive with strong efficient mixing blades. A twin shaft concrete mixer pump works in the following way. The belt feeder feeds the cement and fly ash into the mixer in proportion, and the water pump adds water to the mixer in proportion. Then the mixer mixes the material into a slurry and send it to the mixer container through a hydraulic pump. In the container the foaming agent is mixed with water in a certain proportion, and then mixed with compressed air through a high-pressure pump to form high-density and dense foam in the pipeline, and then mixed with the slurry in the mixer to form foamed concrete, which is then transported to the construction on site.

The pump of foam concrete mixer and pump is normally a trailer concrete pump of 20m3 to 60m3, including 20m3, 30m3, 40m3, 50m3 and 60m3. Both diesel and electric types are available, but we recommend the electric type, for the mixer is usually electric.
