How to operate concrete mixing station to avoid failure

As the equipment operator of HZS35 concrete mixing station, providing effective service technology for the mixing station is the target of our work and the benchmark of value evaluation. The achievement of investors is our own achievement. The most professional machines are also operated by hand. If they are used for too long, some faults will inevitably occur. Now let’s talk about how we can avoid these problems.

1, if careful maintenance, motor is in the case of continuous operation, daily keep raising is very important: when motor works, pay attention to the working environment, which is not in the very top of the state, in case the motor damage to reduce the service life. Even in appearance inspection, fan is working correctly, whether there are abnormal vibration, coupling connection is reliable,  base is fixed, bearing working is normal (listen), the temperature is normal (infrared thermometer), current is normal (clamp type current meter), and wound rotor motor also must check the carbon brush and slip ring. If there is any abnormality in one aspect, the motor should be repaired as soon as possible.

2. Operator skills of HZS35 concrete mixing station: small concrete mixing station has low requirements for operation and maintenance personnel. HZS180 concrete mixing station has complex structure, high degree of automation and high requirements for operators and maintenance personnel.

3. The operator of concrete mixing station shall adjust the fitting clearance of parts of the equipment of concrete mixing station regularly.
