2. Regularly clean the oil filter net and check the oil volume at any time.

3. The mixing mixture of the QM brick machine should not contain hard materials such as large granular metal and hard bone, which is easy to damage the brick machine equipment.

4. When the block making machine is inspected and repaired, the brick machine can be powered off, and it is strictly forbidden to be repaired and maintained by electricity-on. The material in the storage hopper needs to be easily condensed into a plate, which needs to be used at any time and cannot be placed for a long time. During the operation of the brick making machine, there should be no materials and other things on the pallet. If other materials are needed, it needs to be cleaned in time. Otherwise, the mold frame is not in the down position, so that the mold frame and the feeding platform are not on a parallel surface, which is likely to cause damage to the feeding trolley. The time of the shaking pressure should be strictly controlled. When the brick machine is running, it is necessary to check the process to check whether the screws are loose or the parts are damaged. If an accident occurs, stop any operation and disconnect the power supply as soon as possible.
