Ready-Mixed Concrete Batching Plant Installation of Cement Silos

The installation of a ready-mixed concrete batching plant needs skill and steps. Here we share details about how to install it cement silos and concrete mixer.

When the four brackets are finished in leather according to the pre-designed drawings, they must be fixed with anchor bolts. And concrete with a strength of C or above should be employed to reinforce the stability of the brackets. Only in this way can the fixing intensity reaches the employment level.

With flake cement bins, the installer will first use the bolts to splice the silo. It will take at least one to two working days, so customers are advised to use overall cement bins if they need quick installation. Over cement silos of models below T, suitable for capacities no larger than that of an hzs90 concrete batching plant, can be shipped directly in a container. After the cement warehouse is assembled, the dust collector and the cement warehouse roof must be connected by flanges, and then the guardrail and the ladder should be welded. After that, bolts are used for splicing the guardrail and the ladder parts together. Generally, the ladder guardrail is not of an integral structure and can be connected with galvanized pipes.

The next is the installation of the level gauge. Screw the level gauge with the level gauge cover into the upper and lower limit rib holes respectively, and connect the wires to the junction box.

Up to now, the main part of a cement silo is finished. Complete silos are then hoisted by a T crane that is powerful enough. The hoisting process is not so rough as you might think, since the subsequent screw conveyor and the universal joint installation of the host must be taken into account. The accuracy requirements are so high that a theodolite must be applied to make sure that, the error is less than one thousandth.

After all the above has been done perfectly, tighten all bolts to link feeding tubes with the silo feeding tubes.
