How to install mixer of a concrete batching plant

In a previous article we discussed steps of installing concrete batching plant cement silo parts, there we proceed to share how to install the mixer of a plant.

If the client requires a closed structure, a main building for the plant must be designed and assembled, in which the installation of concrete mixers should also be taken into account. Here we discusses when no closed structures are needed. When the host is installed, it is generally divided into the installation of the host and the installation of the weighing system.

First, install the main engine outrigger. When installing the front and rear outriggers, install them according to the welding number position of the main engine, and fix them with the pin shaft. The outriggers should be installed on the guardrail and walking platform. Although installation of concrete mixers of closed structure is not described in detail here, it is recommended to use closed structures in large stations like an hzs90 concrete batching plant.

When these are ready, the concrete mixer can be hoisted and installed on the main engine diagonal brace. According to the foundation center line, the fastening bolts can be installed, and then the legs and the pre-treatment bolts can be welded to complete the fastening of the agitator.

In this part, there is a level we generally call the second floor, which not only holds the host, but also the weighing system. The weighing system mainly includes the forced mixer water scale, powder scale and additive scale. Generally, we will see three weighing hoppers in the mixing machine, with the collecting hopper under them. After all these are installed, they can be lifted and fixed on the top of the concrete mixer with a bracket.
