1. Mixing system

2. Drive device

3. Discharging system

The unloading door is installed at the bottom of JS750 twin shaft concrete mixer, and the motor discharge is realized through electric push rod. Electric push rod bearing is installed on the chassis, or so above the discharging door, there installs a limit switch, so as to control the open and close position of the discharging door, by adjusting the airtight of the location which can ensure the discharging door seal. Manual discharge lever is used for discharging the material in case of emergency discharge and electric push rod failure in case of temporary power failure.
4. Water supply system
The water supply system of JS750 concrete mixer is composed of water pump, throttle valve, cleaning device and spraying device. Throttle valve can adjust water flow, and the total water supply has time relay to adjust.
