How to control the pumping capacity of concrete pump truck

It is of great significance to adjust concrete pump truck speed according to different construction conditions. In order to change the pump delivery rate, the following methods are usually adopted. The comparison is as follows:

1. Mechanical regulation changes the concrete boom truck delivery rate by changing the opening size of the throttle valve manually. The advantage is low cost, but the disadvantage is that manual adjustment must be made on the vehicle. For remote operation far away from the pump car, it is very inconvenient to drive, and the adjustment accuracy is low.

2. The engine speed is adjusted to change the displacement of the main pump, which leads to the change of the pump speed and realizes the control of pump displacement. The change of engine speed also changes the motion speed of the material rod, which may become an irreconcilable contradiction in the construction.

3. Electric proportional valve adjustment according to the different methods of electric control is divided into the following two ways: 1, the wireless remote control output PWM signals drive the displacement directly. Proportional valve control PWM signal of wireless remote control outputs 200-600 ma which direct drives displacement control proportional valve, realizes the pumping capacity of step-less speed regulation and overcomes the mechanical adjustment method that can realize remote control question. The disadvantage is that once the malfunction of the remote control has failure, the control panel can’t realize the pump displacement. 2, the proportional amplifier outputs PWM signals to drive the displacement control proportional valve through the remote control panel control switch, wireless remote controller or control panel, so as to easily adjust proportional amplifier board at the input.

To sum up, through the proportional amplifier outputting PWM signals to drive the displacement control proportional valve to change the pump displacement, it can overcome the drawback of mechanical inconvenient adjustment, and the flexibility to achieve the transformation between the wireless remote control and control panel, realizing the pumping capacity of step-less speed regulation, more in line with the requirements of actual construction.
