An asphalt mixing plant is one of the main equipment for production of asphalt concrete, it can mix asphalt, stone, cement and other materials together according to certain proportion, so as to get the product needed for highway construction. In order to ensure its operation effect, the electric test run of asphalt agitator station also needs to be carried out before it is officially put into operation.

The first step of the test run is to run a single motor and check the current, steering, insulation and the operation of the mechanical transmission. Upon confirmation of each motor and mechanical transmission parts after operation, carry the correlation test run, and the process needs to carry out inspection, if its key parts are found sound, timely find out the reason and rule out.

Turn on the air compressor after the power supply, and make its air pressure reach the rated pressure value. In this link, it can be clearly observed whether there is air leakage in the control valve, pipeline, cylinder and other parts. Then connect the oil supply and oil return device, oil supply and oil return pipeline, etc., so as to ensure that it shall not leak, and at the same time use anti-rust components or take anti-rust measures.
