How to solve the problem of trip in the working process of mobile asphalt mixing station

Because of its perfect structure, graded correctly, high measuring accuracy and good product quality, easy control, it is widely popular especially in highway asphalt pavement engineering, but in the workplace, there can appear the phenomenon of trip, so what should we do when appear this kind of phenomenon?

For vibrating screen: run once without load and start again. After replacing the new thermal relay, the fault still exists. Check contacts, motor resistors, ground resistors and voltages, etc., and no problems were found. Pull down the transmission belt and start the vibrating screen. The meter indicates that it is normal. There is no problem with tripping during no-load operation for 30 minutes. The fault is not in the electrical part. After reconstructing the belt, the vibrating screen found that the more serious eccentricity block was defeated.

Disconnect the eccentricity block and start the vibrating screen. The meter shows 15. The magnetic meter is fixed on the shaker box plate and has a radial run-out marking inspection shaft, which is determined to be the maximum radial run-out of 3.5 mm. The maximum number of bearing inner diameter ellipticity is 0.32 mm. Replace the vibrating screen bearing, install eccentricity block, restart the vibrating screen, and indicate normal ammeter.
