1. Before use:

A. It is necessary to check whether the self-protection device of the air compressor is reliable and whether the air pressure is stable; whether the water supply of the water pump is sufficient or not, and whether the pipeline is unblocked;

B. Whether the opening and closing of the bucket door and the cement bucket door of the silo and the intermediate collecting bucket door and the discharging gate are flexible and reliable;

C. Also check whether the coupling bolts of the mixing machine blades are firm;

D. Check whether the electrical devices are safe and reliable, and whether the limit switch action switches are flexible and reliable;

E. Check if there is enough lubricating oil in each lubrication point emergency gearbox.

2. After use:

A. The accumulated materials on the inside and outside of the mainframe of the small concrete mixing tank and on the material door should be cleaned and rinsed;

B. Lubricating points should be filled with lubricating oil, especially at the seal end of the shaft end;

C. In the winter, the liquid in the waterway should be drained, and the water and gas in the air reservoir of the air compressor should be released;

D. After the shutdown, all switches must be in non-operating state and cut off the power.
