Gear box dismantle steps for twin shaft concrete mixer js500

The gear box for twin shaft concrete mixer js500 can be first dismantled by the driving shaft side. Dismantle steps are as below.

1. Remove the belt cover

1) Remove the side panels on both sides

2)Remove the entire belt cover

2. Take out the coupling

3. Take out the V-belt

Loosen the bolts of the motor base to raise the motor base by about 50mm

Pry out the V-belt

4. Remove the reducer pulley

5. Remove the reducer

Precautions:

1》If the motor of the twin shaft concrete mixer js500 is too high and affects the disassembly of the reducer, please tighten the screw bolt of the motor base to lower the motor base. Refer to the V-belt removal diagram for details.

2》Because the reducer of a twin shaft concrete mixer js500 is too heavy, please use related equipment (such as electric or manual hoist) to assist the disassembly when disassembling, do not use manpower, and do not get injured.

3》Please be careful not to remove the bolts that come with the reducer (the same color bolts as the reducer).

6. Remove the connecting sleeve of the reducer

Note: When disassembling the coupling sleeve of the reducer, the coupling sleeve must be slowly pushed out with an ejector bolt.

7. Take out the spline sleeve and spline

Precautions:

1》Loosen the locking screws of the spline sleeve first, and then use the self-contained ejector bolts to loosen the spline sleeve.

2》Use a screwdriver or a crowbar to slowly pry out the spline sleeve as shown in the figure.

3》After the spline sleeve is loose, push out a part, and then use the steel pipe to pass through the undercut groove of the spline sleeve to take out the spline sleeve and the spline together (be careful when taking it out)

8. Take out the connecting flange (with the SA oil seal removed).

Remove the flat key and spacer

Take out the bearing seat assembly (including bearing, bearing seat, SA oil seal, spacer ring, spacer sleeve)

Remove the bearing seat

Precautions:

1》 Seal the oil port first, then remove the bearing seat and bearing together, and knock out the bearing and SA oil seals separately. Finally, take out the spacer ring and the spacer sleeve.

2》 When disassembling the bearing seat, the bearing seat must be slowly ejected with ejector bolts. If the bolts are not long enough, two or three steel plates of the same thickness can be added to assist ejection.

3》 Do not use excessive force when disassembling the rolling bearing to avoid damage to the bearing.

11. Disassemble the mixing arm in the js500 twin shaft concrete mixer (use a jack to support the mixing spindle before disassembling the mixing arm)

12. Remove the sealing ring.

13. Remove the dust cover.

14. Take out the wear ring.

15. Take out the locating ring assembly (locating ring, SA oil seal, O-ring, floating ring, floating seal ring)

Precautions:

1》Before disassembly, the gap size between the positioning ring and the cylinder must be measured and recorded;

2》Remove the positioning ring assembly as a whole, and then take out the positioning ring, SA oil seal, O-ring, floating ring, and floating seal one by one.

 

16. Take out the shaft sleeve assembly (floating ring, floating seal ring, shaft sleeve)
