1.6 Rules in Concrete Batching Plant Operator Selecting

1. Operator

A. Responsibility: the controlling of operating of stationary and mobile concrete batching plants.

B. Physical requirement: He or she should be of an age between 25 and 55, with normal intelligent and physical states.

C. He or she should have received specialized training and be qualified enough to operate a plant.

2. Welder and Electrician

In case of electric failures or cracks in components of concrete mixing plants, please contact us. No personal welding or modification of plant parts is allowed, otherwise we shall not shoulder any relative responsibility.

A. Welder: Users should receive welders designated by Haomei and they must own welder’s certificate. Welders mainly deal with cracks in welding parts like welding of supporting board and the buried base, stairs and the platform, and other components.

B. Electrician: Welders, mainly dealing with wire connecting, modifying and upgrading of electric wires and components, must be designated by Haomei.

3. Electric Engineer

A. Responsibility: An electric engineer is responsible for parameter adjusting, programme upgrading, failure checking, failure solving and debugging of the electric system.

B. Personal skills: An electric engineer must be qualified enough to install, connect, unlink and open the electric switch case. The checking, modifying and changing of the electric system and components of a concrete plant must be carried out by electric engineers or after-sale engineers (or by other people under the instruction of engineers and after-sale engineers).

4. After-sales Engineers

A. Responsibility: After-sales engineers are mainly in charge of maintenance of batching plants, including failure tackling, daily maintenance instruction, component changing and system upgrading.

B. Personal skills: Our after-sales engineers have received an integrated training before being dispatched to service centers. They are able to deal with common failures of stationary and mobile concrete batching plants independently.
