Aggregate warehouse is used for storing sand and gravel of a concrete batching and mixing plant. It is also called a batching station combined with the measurement part for aggregates. The batching station plays the role of storing stone and controlling proportioning when weighing sand and stone. The upper warehouse body can be poured by coagulators or made into a steel structure as a whole. The aggregate storage system of a concrete batching plant is divided into two types: the warehouse type and the steel structure type. The following figure is a warehouse-type batching station for either a stationary or mobile concrete batching plant, which consists of warehouse 1, hopper 2, pull-type sensor 3, metering hopper 4, sieve mesh 5, vibrator 6, cylinder 7 metering hopper "door 8" and hopper door 19.
The upper concrete storage silo and hopper constitute aggregate storage silo for a concrete batching and mixing plant. Screen mesh is used to screen coarse aggregates that do not meet the requirements of aggregates and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Switching the storage hopper door can burden the metering hopper. The storage hopper door is an arc door. By adjusting the gap between the hopper door and the hopper, it can effectively prevent the charging of the hopper door. Compressed gas reaches the two ends of the actuator cylinder through the solenoid valve, which makes the cylinder piston rod move, thus driving the switch of the bucket door to realize the distribution of various aggregates.
Because of the greater viscosity of the sand, when the sand is mixed, the bucket door opens, and the vibrator delays vibration, so that the sand can be discharged smoothly. The following picture is a steel structure batching station, which consists of front panel 1, rear panel 2, partition 3, hopper 4, bracket 5, aggregate metering hopper 6, sieve 7, side panel 8 and pressure sensor 9.
The aggregate storage bin of the structural batching station is composed of the front board, the rear board, the partition board, the mast board and the hopper. The upper part of the steel structure batching station consists of the front plate, the rear plate, the side plate and the partition board. Each board is connected by bolts. When transported, each board can be lowered along the hinge mechanism on the skeleton for convenient transportation. A screen is set at the lower part of the warehouse to prevent large stones from entering the weighing bucket. Each warehouse is equipped with a weighing bucket, and an independent scale is used to ensure the accuracy of weighing. The structure has the characteristics of convenient feeding, smooth feeding, compact structure, fast installation and convenient transportation. The number of silos in the mobile concrete batching plant is related to the types of sand and gravel needed for batching of concrete. There are three silos, four silos and five silos, and generally four silos can meet the needs of use.
