Divided by mixing type, cement concrete mixer machines fall on two categories: forced mixers and drum mixers. The forced mixer is a double-horizontal shaft mixer. The mixture is conveyed into a mixing drum and stirred by a stirring arm. Drum mixers, on the other hand, realize mixing by drum rotation.

There are many models of forced mixers.

JS500 concrete mixer, this is a small mixer, the output of each mixing is 0.5m³.

JS750 mixer, which is a small mixer device, has a 0.75m³ output each time, and is generally used in hzs35 concrete mixing plants.

JS1000 mixer. It is also called a 1-square mixer, which can produce 1 cubic meter of concrete per cycle. It is often used as a mixing system in hzs50 and hzs60 mixing stations.

JS1500 mixer. Each cycle produces 1.5 cubic meters of concrete, which is generally used in 90m3 stations. It belongs to large and medium mixer equipment and is often used with PLD1600 batching machine.

JS2000 mixer. Also known as a 2-square mixer, it is a large-scale mixing machine used in 120m3 concrete plants. The production of 2 cubic meters of concrete per cycle is extremely efficient.

JS3000 mixer. Each cycle produces 3 cubic meters of concrete. Generally used in 180m3 concrete batching plants.

JS4000 mixer. Each cycle produces 4 cubic meters of concrete. Generally used in 240 mixing stations. 

Drum mixers are also called self-falling mixers. They can be divided into JZM friction mixers and JZC gear mixers according to their structure. The two types of stirring are the same, both are stirred by the rotation of the drum, but the JZM mixer is driven by gears, so it is called a gear drum mixer, and JZM is a belt-driven drum, so it is also called a friction drum mixer.

JZM and JZC mixer models are roughly the same, for example: JZC350, JZC500, JZC600, JZC750, JZC1000 and so on. Drum mixers are generally small mixers, mostly used in rural self-use or small projects.
