Concrete batching plant inspection incorporates inspection after installation and daily inspection while the ready mix concrete plant is in service.
Inspection After Installation
After installation, the entire concrete batch mix plant should be cleaned to ensure that the power supply voltage is normal. After installation, check the equipment. The inspection items include: whether the power supply voltage and capacity meet the requirements, whether there is a leakage protection device, whether the equipment has a short circuit, In the case of electric leakage, there must be no debris inside the mixing drum and on the belt conveyor. Refer to the commissioning of the mixing station for specific operating specifications.
The inspection of the measurement system includes whether the signal of the connection line of the measurement system is normal, and whether the accuracy error of the weighing itself is within the allowable range. General concrete mixing stations include aggregate scales, powder scales, water scales and admixture scales. The allowable deviation of aggregate is less than%, and the error of powder and liquid materials does not exceed%.
Because the customers may have a large gap in the type of mixing station equipment purchased, such as the aggregate lifting system, whether to use a screw conveyor or a hopper lifting and shell packaging and other issues.
Daily Inspection
The concrete batching plant process is very simple: production, distribution, construction and maintenance. The departments involved in each process are raw materials, mixing station, dispatching station and on-site technical services. There are two most important departments of a mature mixing station: a test room and a dispatch room. The test room guarantees the quality of concrete products, and the dispatch room ensures smooth concrete distribution during the construction process. Other departments serve these two departments. Daily inspection of the plant is should be as below.
1. Check the working conditions of the lubrication points of each rotating part every day and replenish the lubricant in time.
2. Check the amount of lubricating oil in the lubricating oil cup of the mixer every day, and replenish the lubricating oil in time. 3. Check the oil level of the oil mister on the air system once a week. Use a lubricant with a viscosity of 2.5 ~ 7 ° E.
4. Open the drain valve once a day before starting and after shutting down to discharge the water condensed in the air compressor and the air storage tank.
5. Fasteners (such as bolts and nuts) should be checked weekly for looseness. When they are found to be loose, they must be tightened in time, especially some parts subject to variable amplitude load.
6. Check the equipment of the water supply, gas supply and admixture system regularly every day.
7. Check whether the electrical control system and various instruments are normal every day.
8. Check whether the mixing shaft and the whole of the concrete mixer machine are clean every day. If there is too much concrete on the mixing shaft, it must be manually cleaned.
9. Clean or replace the filter in the dust collector of the powder tank every six months.
10. If the downtime is more than one week, the materials in each measuring hopper must be emptied, and the mixing main machine and the discharge hopper should be cleaned to prevent the materials from being blocked.
