It’s not recommended to move a ready mix concrete batching plant after it has been installed, but dismantlement is necessary after the construction work is completed. The power consumption does not mean that improper removal and installation may affect the subsequent use of the equipment. But there are some reasons for this or that that lead us to dismantle the concrete mixing plant. How do we ensure that the equipment is intact and reused during the demolition process?
The dismantling of even a mini batch mix plant entail adoption of machines like a 70T truck crane (as a lifting device for demolition) and a 25T truck crane (as a dismantling and disassembly vehicle and on-site transfer handling vehicle). Specifically, the removal steps of a concrete mixing station are as below.
1. The outer color plates are removed, the peripheral color plates and skeletons are removed from top to bottom, and the cutting phenomenon is avoided during the process of removing the color plates. The self-tapping screws and rivets connected are removed by hanging baskets and electric wrenches, and 25t automobile cranes are used. Cooperate with demolition; demolition of cement and fly ash pipelines;
2. Demolition of the ready mix concrete batching plant and screw conveyors;
3. Four screw conveyors are removed;
4. Demolition of cement tanks and fly ash tanks;
5. Use a 70t truck crane to remove the tank top dust collector and tank top conveying pipeline, and the tank top is connected to the walkway board;
6. Dismantle the cement tank and the fly ash tank on the ground support pad with a 70t truck crane; 7. Dismantle the four tank brackets with 70t truck cranes, and detach them to the ground for disintegration with 25t truck cranes. ;
8. Remove the hopper, aggregate weighing device, powder weighing device, water weighing device, admixture weighing device, compressed air system device, and dismantle with 25T automobile crane;
9. Demolition of the concrete mixer and removal with a 25t truck crane;
10. Remove the hopper, remove the mixing platform, and remove the lower column of the main mixer.
In the process of dismantling, strictly follow the sequence to ensure the integrity of the ready mix concrete batching plant. Before the equipment is removed, register the equipment and the part number and attach the identification plate. During the process of equipment removal, it must be dismantled with reasonable tools. It is strictly forbidden to collide and hit the damaged equipment. The parts of the static welding and gas welding can be kept as far as possible to ensure the integrity and integrity of the equipment. Parts must be viewed by the technician before they can be cut.
