Characteristics

Components

The concrete mixer truck is composed of automobile chassis, mixing drum, transmission system, water supply device, full power power take-off, front and rear brackets of mixer drum, reducer, hydraulic transmission system, feeding and discharging system, operating mechanism, water supply system, ladder, etc. Due to technical bottlenecks, the domestically produced mixer tanks have a volume of 3m3-8m3 and are made of four large-sized domestically produced parts. Most of the four large-sized parts with a volume of 8m3 or more are equipped with imported components.

Chassis

The 16m3 concrete mixer truck has a flat top small row half cab (liquid crystal instrument, electric glass lift, manual rear view mirror), a CA10 file, a Xichai 370 horsepower, a 430 clutch and a 16T wheel side deceleration rear axle (domestic ABS). The wheelbase dimension is 2100 *3200*1350, 12.00R20 wire tire, 300*80 (8+8+5) frame, with automatic air conditioning, passenger car system, front and lower protection.

Top

The thickness of the tank head is 8mm and the tank body 6mm. The material is wear-resistant WISCO Q345 (16 manganese), the mold pressed, and the wear-resistant strip installed.
