Main configuration of the plant:

1. JS1500 concrete mixer. The mixing system is composed of belt pulley, reducer, open gear, motor, mixing drum mixing device and oil supply device. There is a special sealing device at the joint of the mixing shaft and the two ends of the mixing drum. In order to ensure the sealing quality, a special oil supply device is installed on the end surface of the mixing drum.

2. PLD2400 concrete batching machine. This machine can effectively ensure the accuracy of the mixing ratio of cement, sand, stone, etc. At the same time, it is equipped with separate manual control, automatic drop compensation, sand and gravel moisture content compensation. The storage hoppers for a 75m3 mobile concrete batching plant has a volume of 8 cubic meters*3 bins or 4 bins. The top panel of the batching machine can be lowered or removed as needed, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the feeding part and increase the convenience of construction.

3. Belt conveyor. It is an ideal aggregate delivery device in continuous concrete production.

4. Control system. The control room of mobile concrete batch plants 75m3/h is placed at the bottom of the main chassis, and the automatic control system of the mixing plant is built-in. The control system is the same as that of the fixed mixing plant. The control room is used as the front support point of the whole station when it is working. It is stored in the hollow of the bracket; all its control lines do not need to be disassembled.
