Inspect the concrete pump truck in an all-round way

The service life of the concrete pump truck has always been the concern of the construction parties. To prolong the service life of the truck mounted boom pump, we must pay attention to the its maintenance. Many customers only know to pay attention to daily maintenance, but how to maintain, how to check it?

Concrete boom pump inspection is usually based on the different parts, and inspection cycle is also different. In general, like some easily damaged parts, the inspection cycle will be shorter. In some fixed parts, the inspection cycle is longer. Specifically, the inspection cycle of the main components of the concrete pump is as follows:

1, daily check

Daily inspection includes appearance damage deformation, loosening of exposed parts, operation and performance change, leakage oil, hose damage, lubrication oil, automobile driving unsafe factors, etc.

2, monthly check

When pump concrete is 2000 cubic meters or every month, the following inspection can be done, such as sliding valve damage, conveying pipe wear, hydraulic oil reduction, lubrication point compulsory lubrication, part of routine maintenance of automobile and so on.

3, half year examination

If the pump truck is 12000 cubic meters or half a year, the following inspection can be done, such as the lower shell of the slide valve, the damage of the conveying cylinder, the deterioration of the electrical components, the hydraulic oil, the damage of the arm frame and the routine overhaul of the car.

4, annual inspection

If the pump can reach 24000 cubic meters or a year, the following inspection can be done, such as mixing equipment, mixing oil motor, rotary oil motor, oil pump, replacement of hydraulic oil and so on.
