The concrete agitator can work automatically if the function switch is turned to the position of “auto”. The mixer will stop automatically once the task is finished. In case of need in temporary stopping, the operator can press the “off” button and restart after the machine is ready. After the “on” button is pressed, the display screen shows directions for time, slow mixing, aggregate feeding, stopping, fast mixing etc., and the operating lamp flashes. Under the automatic controlling state, all manual switches must be turned to “off” positions. During the operation of a twin horizontal shaft concrete mixer the operator should keep the gap between the blade and the wall of the pot at 3mm, and the error should be no more than 2mm. If the gap is out of the tolerance, the upper and lower positions of the blade should be adjusted to reach the specified range. After each use, the mixing leaves and pots should be cleaned up in time. The electrical parts should be kept from severe vibration, water, high temperature and dust.
