Technical parameters of a diesel power trailer concrete pump include pumping capacity, outlet pressure, power and the mode of distribution. We will elaborate them one by one. As a matter of fact, most China trailer pumps indicate these parameters in their model number.
Take HBT30-45ZⅢ for example, in which HBT─represents a towed concrete pump, 30─represents a maximum theoretical volume of 30 cubic meters per hour, 45─represents a motor power of 45 kilowatts, Z─represents a gate valve pump; and Ⅲ─represents the third Generation products. This is a model of gate valve trailer concrete pumps.
The S valve diesel power trailer concrete pumps have different model names. Take HBT80.13-130RS for example. HBT represents towed concrete pump, 80 the maximum theoretical volume per hour as 80 cubic meters, 13 the outlet pressure as 13 MPa; 130 the power of the diesel engine as 130 kilowatts. R represents Diesel power and S─ stands for S valve pump.
The powers of trailer concrete pumps include 37 kilowatts (currently the smallest domestic standard concrete pump, fine stone mortar pumps below 37 kilowatts), 45 kilowatts, 55 kilowatts, 75 kilowatts, 90 kilowatts, 110 kilowatts, 130 kilowatts (diesel), 132 kilowatts, 162 kilowatts (diesel), 174 kilowatts (diesel). As noted in the bracket, some powers suit only diesel pumps. Generally speaking, the power of diesel pumps can be as big as you need, and performances of the pumps are stabler than electric ones which are influenced by local power supply state. The choice of pump power should take the distance from the concrete pump and the size of the wire diameter into account.
