Automatic cement block making machines are ubiquitous now, supplying concrete bricks for various construction projects, especially those for road pavement. Compared to traditional brick machines, automatic concrete brick machines produce top quality bricks in a highly efficient way. However, problems sometimes occur during the operation of them, and uneven surfaced blocks are one of them. It’s worth mentioning that the reasons do not necessarily lie in the brick making machine, but in operating skills most of the time. If you are a green hand, you might as well check whether you have made mistakes as below.
1. The vibration box of the concrete brick making machine has too low voltage and speed.
2. Some parts of the mold are loose.
3. The raw material particles are too large or the cloth is uneven.
4. The mold is deformed or worn, and the surface is not flat.
5. The rag teeth in the rag cart are damaged or dropped.
6. The hopper is too near from the top so that the material in the hopper is not transported to the front of the mold box.
7. The retracting trolley of the brick making machine does not retract to its original position so that the raw materials of the small hopper cannot completely enter the retracting trolley.
8. The mixed materials is not stored in a cloth box (the ratio of the mixture should be strictly in accordance with the normal ratio).
Although the operation of an automatic cement block making machine is simple and it takes little time and money to train an operator, practical problems might appear during your operation. Therefore, it’s necessary to learn as much as possible in the training period, and to keep learning in practice before becoming an experienced operator. If you have further experience about the uneven surface of concrete bricks, welcome to share with us.
