Hydrovalve failure Solutions for cement brick making machines

A hydraulic cement brick making machine uses hydraulic transmission as its production power, and adopts static pressure and static pressure. The hydraulic valve is an automation component operated by pressure oil. It is controlled by the pressure oil of the pressure distribution valve. It is usually used in combination with the electromagnetic pressure distribution valve to remotely control the on and off of the oil, gas, and water pipeline systems of hydropower stations. The hydraulic valve may fail for several reasons. The causes and solutions are as below.

Reason 1: Deterioration and contamination of hydraulic oil

The density and viscosity of the hydraulic oil are deteriorated due to the high temperature of the hydraulic oil.

Solution: Lower the water temperature, clean or check the hydraulic valves and oil pumps inside the press for leaks.

Reason 2: The compressed air is not clean, bringing in moisture or dust.

Solution: Check the drainage system and ensure that the compressed air is clean, and replace the leaking seals.

Reason 3: When the equipment is repaired or inspected, it is not clean, resulting in deposits.

Solution: Every time the equipment is repaired and inspected, thoroughly clean the oil cylinder, hydraulic valve, oil circuit, oil tank, and oil pipe to avoid debris.

Reason 4: Oil pumps, valves or cylinder parts are worn out, and hydraulic oil is mixed with sundries.

Solution: Regularly check the usage of the oil filter element and replace it regularly.
